A strong partner for our lab
In October 2017 the BayWa Foundation already announced the support of the BIOTOPIA Lab in the course of its donation gala. With a funding amount of 800,000 euros it supports the planning, establishment and operation of the BIOTOPIA Lab. The aim of the BayWa Foundation is to promote sustainable educational projects in the fields of healthy nutrition and renewable energies.
'In the BIOTOPIA Lab young people get the chance to approach nature and science in an open-minded way. They receive fascinating impulses and can sharpen their senses at the same time. Especially the communication of knowledge about nutrition is very important to me. With the support of the BIOTOPIA Lab we as BayWa Foundation would like to contribute to the fact that numerous children can discover this world of experience and learning.'
